Return Policy
All sales are final due to the nature of the products. However, products that arrive damaged and/ or unusable are subject to a full refund upon receipt of proof. Proof of a damaged product can be emailed to raes.sheas@gmail.com. Please allow between 5-7 business days before receiving your refund.
Allergies?
All ingredients used are 100% organic, and free of harsh chemicals, artificial dyes and coloring. Scented products are infused with essential oils, never fragrance oils.
Though all ingredients are natural, certain skin types may have allergens associated with some ingredients. Please disclose any known allergies related to spices, oils, sea salt or common household ingredients that may be used in skincare products. Please direct all product ingredient/ allergy inquiries to raes.sheas@gmail.com.
Which countries do you ship to?
Though Rae's Sheas would love to extend her products outside of the United States, for now, shipping is temporarily available only within the U.S.
Shipping
Please allow 3-7 business days for products to be made, shipped and delivered. Once products are shipped, customers will receive a tracking number from USPS via email. After shipping, Rae's Sheas is not responsible for the timeframe between shipping and delivery. Please see product details at checkout for shipping costs.
Local Pick-Up: This option is recommended if your order is placed within these zip codes: 20735, 20744, 20745, 20762, 20746, 20747, 20748, 20752, 20743, 20757, 20032. If this option is chosen, Rae's Sheas will email you with available pick up times and a location. Pick ups must be made within 48-72 hours after purchase. This option is available at checkout.
